caprese wrap
one of my favorite things to make for lunch is a wrap. you can get creative with it, throw together your favorite foods, and it’ll most likely turn out to taste amazing and be a nutritious + filling lunch.
my favorite combo: a caprese wrap.
i use all dairy free ingredients so it is plant based, dairy free, and delicious. if you’re feeling creative, i also love to add sliced turkey to this too!
ingredients
tortilla wrap
vegan pesto
vegan mozzarella (i love the one from miyokos creamery)
tomatoes
spinach
a drizzle of balsamic
avocado
assemble it all in the wrap, fold it, and cook on a saucepan until golden on both sides. and enjoy xx
