cardamom vanilla yogurt bowl

yogurt bowls are one of my favorite breakfasts. you can play around with flavors, fruits, toppings, and make so many amazing bowls. yogurt is an amazing probiotic, the protein powder makes it thick, full of protein, and taste amazing, the cereal gives a good crunch, and lots of fruit on top is always essential. i added cardamom to this bowl and it turned out so good. cardamom is such an underrated spice, it adds the most delicious and unique flavor to sweet dishes, especially with cinnamon. 

ingredients 

plant-based yogurt

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 tsp cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon 

cereal or granola

fruit on top 

i love using frozen berries and recently tried frozen cherries which are amazing!
