healthy + easy pancakes
i just love this pancake recipe. its so easy to make, tastes AMAZING, and has amazing ingredients to keep your body happy + healthy.
ingredients
1/2 banana
1 egg (or flax egg if vegan)
1/3 c oat flour
dash of almond milk
dash of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl, then combine the dry and the wet and cook on a pan in a bit of oil or vegan butter. + i love to top with fruit, yogurt, syrup, and chocolate chips xx
