vanilla matcha berry yogurt bowl

if you’ve been following me for awhile, then you know I am obsessed with smoothies. I have a smoothie every single morning for breakfast. sometimes twice a day. but, living in a college dorm with 7 other girls who don’t want a blender going off at 9 am has made me change my ways a little.

and now…i’m obsessed with yogurt bowls. the green color from the matcha makes it look odd at first, but this is the best thing ever. full of protein, fruit, yogurt, cereal, its so filling and healthy and i hope you love it as much as i do.

ingredients

plant based yogurt - i love coconut or cashew yogurt

vanilla protein powder

cinnamon

matcha powder

maca powder - optional but amazing for you

cereal - i love one from forager, it’s so low in sugar and tastes amazing

berries - frozen berries are easier to have around but still taste amazing!

mix it all together + enjoy!
