vanilla cashew protein balls
i love making little protein balls like these for an easy snack on the go that is easy, yummy, and healthy. you can definitely play around with the ingredients and try out different flours, nut butters, and other fun add ins, but these vanilla cashew ones are my favorite right now!
ingredients
1/3 c flour (i love oat + almond flour)
1 heaped tbs cashew butter
1-2 tbs maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i love Nuzest)
dash of cinnamon
dash of vanilla extract
a handful of chocolate chips + cashews
throw your ingredients into a bowl, roll into balls, and enjoy!
