papaya dream bowl

papaya is my absolute favorite fruit. it tastes so fresh and tropical, is amazing for digestion, helps regulate blood sugar levels, and is an amazing source of vitamin C, along with so many other benefits.

i love having a big bowl of fruit in the morning when i wake up, especially with all of these ingredients. so here is my favorite fruit bowl combo!

ingredients

1/2 c plant based yogurt (i love coconut or cashew yogurt)

1 cut papaya

a handful of blueberries

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp bee pollen

throw your yogurt + fruit in a bowl, and add the cinnamon and bee pollen on top and enjoy!
