tacos: a dinner staple
i am the worst when it comes to making lunches and dinners. i dont know why but i just have the hardest time coming up with a meal to make, so i just end up going out to eat if im not home. but - one of my favorite meals to make that is really easy + delish is tacos! you can play around with what you add into them, they’re easy, healthy, and just so good.
formula for a bomb taco dinner:
tortillas - my favorites are by siete brand
protein - i love fish or chicken, but any animal or plant based protein is perfect
veggies - i love to either chop a bunch of veggies like a salad and add it in or roast some veggies and add them in
salsa + guacamole - a must.
and any other add-ins you love. vegan sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce, etc.
