perfect banana bread
this is my go-to easy yummy healthy banana bread recipe! it’s such a simple recipe that always turns out amazing! and its dairy/sugar/gluten free, optional vegan if you sub out the egg for a flax egg, and tastes absolutely amazing. i had all of my best friends over for a brunch recently + they all were in love with it xx
ingredients
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
2 tbs oil/vegan butter
2 tbs vegan sour cream (the secret ingredient !!)
1/2 c coconut sugar
2 c flour (half almond, half oat turns out best)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
mix all together in a bowl and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until done + enjoy!
