tahini chocolate chip cookies
These cookies are absolutely perfect. I couldn’t even believe it. Adding tahini seems weird at first, but the flavor is incredible. It creates a peanut butter-y flavor without adding peanut butter for those that are sensitive to peanuts.
These cookies are so easy to make and full of clean ingredients that won’t make you feel sluggish and bad after eating them.
ingredients
1 c flour (I do 1/2 oat 1/2 almond)
1 tbs cinnamon
1/2 c coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c tahini
handful of chocolate chips
mix all together in a bowl, add a little plant milk if needed, roll into balls and bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
my favorite way to eat these is putting the warm cookie in a bowl with my favorite plant-based yogurt!
