walnut banana bread

walnut banana bread but make it vegan, sugar free, healthy, AND taste like an absolute dream…i got you.

this banana bread is so easy to make, literally throw everything into a bowl, bake, and enjoy! I loved adding plant based yogurt, almond butter, and cacao nibs on top.

ingredients

2 c flour (I do 1/2 oat 1/2 almond)

1 tbs cinnamon

1/2 c coconut sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

2-3 mashed ripe bananas

2 flax eggs (or regular eggs)

2 tbs oil or vegan butter

2 tbs vegan sour cream

handful of chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, or whatever you love!

mix all together in a bowl, pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

dairy free • vegan • gluten free • refined sugar free
