new month new themes

i always love to create lists and mood boards, especially at the start of new months. i love setting intentions for the month to keep me on track with my goals and to just get me excited about life. mood boards on pinterest are also a must for me – something about pinterest is so comforting. its a place where you can just find inspiration without any negative impacts that social media always seems to come with.

so. i encourage you to start making lists with your goals and intentions. whether those be for today, this week, or this month, i find it to always de-clutter my mind and inspire me.

here are my may intentions for some inspo.

  1. movement every day - pilates, walking, etc

  2. drink 2 liters of water every day

  3. 5-10 minutes of stretching every day

  4. less phone time

  5. more adventures outside

  6. less procrastination

  7. adapt sleep schedule to wake up earlier

  8. more mindful + intuitive eating
