cardamom vanilla smoothie

i’m convinced that cardamom is one of the most underrated spices ever. i’ve added it to pancakes, french toast, and now smoothies, and the flavor it adds is just unmatched. 100/10 recommend!

i had this smoothie post-workout and felt so refreshed, energized, and satisfied after. its full of protein and amazing for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!

ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamom

1 tbs nut butter - i love cashew butter and almond butter

1 serving vanilla protein powder

blend with a handful of ice and just enough liquid to blend to keep it thick and creamy, and top it with your favorite cereal or granola!
