vanilla mocha smoothie
i’m not a huge coffee girl, but this mocha smoothie was so good i just might become one. this smoothie is full of protein and caffeine to keep you energized throughout your day…unless you’re like me and never drink coffee so you have a caffeine crash midday bc of it…but the protein + healthy fats in this smoothie keep me from crashing and I love it!
ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs nut butter
1 tsp maca powder - optional but an amazing superfood add-in
1 shot of espresso, cold brew, or regular coffee
throw all of your ingredients into a blender along with a handful of ice and a little liquid to blend and top with whatever you love! i love adding cereal and chocolate chips.
