vanilla matcha smoothie

i’m not kidding when i tell you i have this smoothie just about every. single. morning. i’m waiting for the day when i finally get tired of it and want to eat something new.

this thick & creamy smoothie is full of superfoods, protein, and whole clean ingredients to give you energy, fuel your body, and keep you full and satisfied.

ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp matcha powder

1 serving vanilla protein powder

handful of ice

a little plant milk to blend but keep it thick

optional add ins:

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp spirulina powder

1 tbs nut butter

chlorophyll drops

throw all of your ingredients in a blender and top with your favorite cereal or granola.
