mint choc chip smoothie
my new favorite thing is to add fresh mint into my smoothies. it adds so much flavor and is so fun to spice up my smoothies with something different.
this smoothie tastes like a mint chip milkshake but is packed with protein for the post-workout booty gains and all the fancy little powders and superfoods to boost your health, mood, skin, and body.
ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cacao powder
handful of mint leaves or 2-3 drops peppermint extract
1 serving vanilla protein powder
handful of ice
a little plant milk to blend but keep it thick
1 tbs cacao nibs (add them at the end to keep it crunchy so they don’t blend too much)
optional add ins:
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tbs nut butter
chlorophyll drops
throw all of your ingredients in a blender and top with your favorite cereal or granola.
