deluxe yogurt parfait in a mug
a deluxe yogurt parfait…in a mug. i can’t explain why, but i feel like everything tastes better in a mug. it feels so cute. this is my all time favorite snack that can even be made into a breakfast too! so easy, so delicious, filling, and full of whole healthy ingredients to make you feel good.
ingredients
plant based yogurt - my favorite is cashew yogurt by Forager Project
1 tbs vanilla protein powder - Nuzest vanilla protein is my favorite
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
on top:
cereal or granola
sliced banana
throw it all in a bowl + enjoy!
some toppings i love to add to spice it up: cacao nibs, honey drizzle, nut butter, other fruits, and hemp seeds.
